Remove the wheels

Remove the brake pads

Tighten the play regulator adapter (61) until the pressure parts (13) are accessible

Remove the pressure parts with the fanfold protector (13)

The vehicle can not be driven with the parts removed.

Check for damages in the pressure parts (13)

If the sealing faces (X) are damaged, replace the brake caliper:

Check for presence of corrosion in the adjustment thread of the threaded pipes (16)

If there is water in, there is the presence of corrosion, replace the brake caliper:

Install

Lubricate the adjustment thread of the threaded pipes (16) with the recommended grease

Apply the recommended grease (graphite gray).

Screw the threaded pipes (16) in the brake caliper

Turn the adjustment adapter (61) to the left until the threaded pipes (16) overlap only on the brake caliper.

Install the pressure parts with fanfold protectors (13)
