Measure vehicle level at front and rear axles with electronic inclinometer

AR40.20-S-0302C

If the determined vehicle level is outside the permissible measuring range, the reasons for it must be determined and rectified.
Otherwise the wheel alignment check cannot be performed correctly.

 Use the measured vehicle level to look up the specified values for the camber on the table sheet and note down these values.

Perform wheel alignment check

 During the wheel alignment check, the actual suspension data is measured independently of the vehicle level.

Check the camber adjustment on the right and left side of vehicle

 Compare the specified values for camber according to vehicle level with the actual values measured during the wheel alignment check.
