The graphic representation shows the adjustment of the 1st front axle. The adjustment of the 2nd front axle occurs the same way.
The measurement procedure of the caster depends on the equipment. Consult the operation manual of its equipment to be used

1

Position the projector (5) on its support (4)

2

Steer the wheel to the left on the rotating plate (6) by angle (a)a = 20º

3

Put the projector (5) in the horizontal in the longitudinal direction and tighten the butterfly screw (16)

4

Turn the rotating button (29) until level (30) is centered

5

Read the value indicated on the dial ring for caster measurement (32)
For example: 4º

One division on the dial ring represents 10'

The measuring range "negative caster" ranges from 0 to - 3°

The measuring range "positive caster" ranges from 0 to + 15°

The dial ring for caster measurement (32) is divided in measuring sections "positive caster" and "negative caster"

6

Record the measuring value on the alignment form

7

Put the dial ring of measurement (32) at 0 scale to measurement later

8

Turn the wheel to the right on the rotating plate (6) by angle (a)

a = 20°

9

Repeat the same procedure for work steps 3, 4, 5, and 6

The crank is the result of the construction and can not be adjusted, however, if there is a divergence in the values obtained, check the components of the axle, suspension and chassis

10

Repeat the same procedure for work steps 1 to 10 on the other wheel of the front axle
