| Remove/install | ||
1 | Loosen the wheel nuts, raise the jack until it is supporting the axle and pump the jack until the fire is off the ground and support it with a tripod stand | By using 32 mm wheel spanner. | |
2 | Remove the LHS Rear forward (1) and Rear Rearward wheel (2) from rear axles | By using 32 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet. | |
3 | Remove the mudguard (3) from chassis | By using 21 mm and 24 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet. | |
4 | Remove the drain plug (4) | ||
5 | Remove the axle’s shafts (5) on both side wheel hubs | By using 24 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet. | |
6 | Remove the air line (6) from the differential unit | ||
7 | Pull out the breather hose (7) and disconnect the harness socket (8) from differential lock unit | ||
8 | Remove the differential lock sensor and install the dummy bolt (9) instead of sensor on the slot of the differential lock sensor | By using 24 mm and 27 mm hexagonal socket and wrench. | |
9 | Remove intermediated shaft (10) from the rear forward axle and rear rearward axle | By using 18 mm socket and wrench. | |
10 | Remove the propeller shaft (11) between the rear forward axles drive head flange and transmission | By using 18 mm socket and torque wrench. | |
11 | Attach removal fixture (12) to differential assembly | ||
12 | Remove differential assembly (13) from rear axles and pull out the differential assembly | By using 24 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet. | |
13 | Install in the reverse order |
