3 | Remove the pressure spring (2) with the pressure disk (3) | ||
4 | Remove the intermediate gear (5) and remove the bearing bush (4) | ||
5 | Remove the longitudinal differential (6) | ||
6 | Remove the oil seal plate (7) and remove the pressure washer (8) | ||
7 | Remove the intermediate gear (9) and remove the bearing bush (10) | ||
8 | Remove the outer raceway (12) of the tapered roller bearing (11) | Extract the outer raceway (12) only in replacement of the tapered roller bearing (11). | |

9 | Check the parts for damages and wear | Replace the damaged and worn parts. | |
| Assemble | ||

10 | Install the outer raceway (12) of the bearing in the housing (13) | Only in replacement of the tapered roller bearing (11). | |
11 | Heat the tapered roller bearing (11) up to approx. 80° and install on the output gear (9) | ||
12 | Install the output gear (9) on the differential housing and fit the bearing bush (10) | Lubricate the output gear (9) together with the bearing bush (10). | |

13 | Install the pressure washer (8) and mount the oil seal plate (7) | ||
14 | Install the longitudinal differential (6) | ||
15 | Install the bearing bush (4) and mount the intermediate gear (5) | ||
16 | Install pressure disk (3) with pressure washer (2) | Assembly: Lubricate the pressure disk (3) and install with the oil groove directed into the bearing bush (4). | |
