Remove the wheels

Remove the filling screw (5) and the drain screw (3), and drain the rear axle oil



Insert an appropriate lifting device under the differential assembly (2) and lift it slightly


To avoid damages to the axle carrier housing:
Do not lift the vehicle by the axle carrier housing:

Remove the fastening bolts of the differential assembly (1)

Remove the differential assembly (2)



Install

Apply a silicone bead on the seating surface between the faces of the differential carrier housing and the axle carrier housing

 The surface must be clean and dry.
The cord must have approximately a width of 3 mm and be put also around the threaded orifices.

Install the differential assembly (2) and tighten the fastening bolts of the differential assembly (1)

 Tighten the fastening bolts of the differential assembly (1) in a crosswise pattern

Install the drain plug (3)

Fill the rear axle

Install the filling screw (5)

To ensure the proper circulation of lubrication oil in all lines:



The vehicle should be driven moderately and the speed should not be higher than 40 km/h.

Check the oil lubrication level
