Mechanically lock the differential lock

Remove the air line (7)

Remove the bolts (1) and remove the axle shafts (2)

Remove the propeller shaft (5)

Disconnect the temperature sensor plug (6)

Only for the axles with temperature sensor.

Install the removal device, unscrew the bolts (9) and remove the differential set (4)

Clean the sealing surface from the differential assembly (4) and from the shaft body

Install the guide pins on the shaft body

Lubricate the support points (3) in the axle's body

Supply the differential with oil

Installation:
Before assembling the differential set (4) in the axle's body, the differential must be supplied with 0.5 liter of oil.
The lack of the initial lubrication can cause irreparable damages in the differential set.

Apply sealing product on the differential assembly seating surface (4) and shaft body

The surface must be clean and dry. The cordon should be approximately 3 mm width when applied.

Install the differential assembly (4) and tighten the bolts (9) in an alternate and crosswise way

Apply the adhesive mass to the screw threads (9).
