1 | Empty the compressed air system | ||
2 | Remove the wheels | ||
3 | Let the vehicle rest on the chassis | ||
4 | Remove the propeller shaft (10) | ||
5 | Remove the propeller shaft (20) of the passing axle | ||
6 | Remove the ABS sensor | ||
7 | Remove the brake pad wear indicator connector (15) | ||
8 | Remove the compressed air lines (16) from the brake combination cylinders (14) | With “VOSS 230” compressed air connection system | |
With compressed air connection system "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6) | |||
Installation: Check the O-Rings, if necessary, replace them. | |||
9 | Remove the fastening support (17) from the compressed air line and cable fastening | .Compressed air tubes support on the axle | |
10 | Remove the transverse differential lock connector (4) | ||
11 | Remove the compressed air connection (3) from the transverse differential lock and breather (2) | ||
12 | Disconnect the connector (6) from the longitudinal differential lock | ||
13 | Remove the compressed air line (7) from the longitudinal differential lock | ||
14 | Remove the dampers | Nut, shock absorber to rear axle air suspension | |
15 | De-pressurize the air suspension | ||
16 | Remove the fastening bolts on the suspension bellows (11) | .Pneumatic suspension bellows | |
17 | Remove the bolts with the nuts from the holder (8) of the torsion bar on the holder (9) | Anti-roll bar in the rear axle support | |
18 | Remove the bearing cap (12) from the torsion bar | Bearing cover | |
19 | Remove the wishbone control arm (5) in the base of the rear axle (1) | .Triangular tensioning arm | |
20 | Place on the rear axle (1) a lifting device for fall protection | ||
21 | Remove the nuts (19) of the holder (18) of the bellows on the suspension | .Pneumatic suspension bracket on rear axle | |
22 | Unfasten the rear axle from the underside of the vehicle, pulling it out | ||
23 | Install in reverse order |
