1 | Switch off hydraulic lowering system | The hydraulic lowering system must be switched off otherwise when the hydraulic system is opened the hydraulic fluid would escape under high pressure. | |

3 | Remove the auxiliary battery. | ||
4 | Remove additional battery carrier | ||
5 | Separate all cable ties of the electrical lines to the hydraulic pump (3) | ||
6 | Detach electrical lines (4, 5) from the hydraulic pump (3) | ||
7 | Disconnect all electrical connectors to the hydraulic pump (3) | ||
8 | Detach oil pressure line and oil return line (6) from the hydraulic pump (3) | Collect escaping hydraulic fluid with rags. | |
9 | Seal openings of the oil pressure line, oil return line (6) and hydraulic pump | | |
10 | Remove carrier plate (7) with built-on hydraulic pump (3) | ||
11 | Detach hydraulic pump (3) from the | ||

12 | Install hydraulic pump (3) on the carrier plate (7) | ||
13 | Install carrier plate (7) with built-on hydraulic pump (3) | ||
14 | Install oil pressure line and oil return line (6) on the hydraulic pump (3) | ||
15 | Install electrical lines (4, 5) on the hydraulic pump (3) | Pay attention to the correct routing of the electrical lines (4, 5). | |
16 | Assemble all electrical connectors to the hydraulic pump (3) | ||
17 | Route electrical lines and tie together with cable ties | ||
18 | Install additional battery carrier | ||
19 | Install additional battery | ||
20 | Check/correct oil level in hydraulic lowering system | ||
