| Setting | ||
| Manual programming is only possible on control units of vehicle-engine control (FMR) with sticker 1600 rpm and if the parameterized value manual programming ADR is set to ON | ||
Vehicle parameters with EDC
| Make manual programing cable for setting the working speed | ||
1 | Unplug connector (A) to Tempomat lever
2 | Connect shop-made set of cables (B) to connector (A)
3 | Switch on switch (2) | ||
4 | Switch on PTO | GND should exist at connector Ⅲ, 14/3 and 14/4 at FMR control unit
5 | Start engine | FMR control unit (1) is switched in idle speed control up to 2800 rpm
6 | Increase engine speed at the accelerator | Until desired speed for PTO is reached
7 | Switch off switch (2) | Engine speed when switching off is programed as fixed working speed in the FMR control unit. The term "fixed working speed" is identical with "intermediate speed".
8 | Switch off PTO | ||
9 | Switch off engine | ||
10 | Start engine | ||
11 | Switch on PTO | Engine is immediately governed with stored fixed working speed according to RQV characteristics
If the the desired fixed working speed is not stored, inspect circuitry for PTO or repeat setting, as appropriate
12 | Switch off engine | ||
13 | Switch off ignition | ||
14 | Enter "fixed working speed" figure | Enter figure in vacant box of sticker for ADR fixed value; remove FMR control unit to enter figure if necessary
