	Disassemble and assemble
1	Remove the brake pedal support		AR29.10-B-4597B
2	Remove the brake light switch (13)
Danger!	Risk of injuries and accidents	Be careful when releasing the spring, it may come off accidentally during the pedal return.
3	Release the return spring (6) (carefully) from pedal pin (3)
4	Unscrew the nut (16) on rod (15) , remove the cotter pin (19), the washer (18), the articulation pin (17) and the fork with the rod (15)	Installing: If necessary, replace the pin and cotter pin.
		Lubricate with long life grease.	*BR00.45-B-1007-06A
5	Remove the bolt (11), the washer (10) and the shaft lock (9).
6	Remove from the pedal actuation, the shaft (5), the return spring (6), the separating washers (7), the polyamide bushings (8) and lift out the pedal (3)	Installing: Replace the polyamide bushings, the separating washers and the spring (6).
		Lubricate with long life grease.	*BR00.45-B-1007-06A
7	Remove the stop (12)	Installing: Install the new stop.
8	Assemble in reverse order
9	Adjusting the brake pedal	After having installed the pedals support in the vehicle, reestablish the pneumatic pressure in the system, adjust the pedal valve actuation rod.	AR29.10-B-0080AA
