| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove fully integrated transmission control (VGS) electric controller unit (N15/11). | ||
2 | Remove transmission housing (1) from torque converter housing (1w). | ||
3 | Remove housing component parts (55). | ||
The housing component parts (55) are the clutch pack BR, multidisk brake B2 and parking lock gear. | |||
4 | Remove output unit (44). | ||
The output unit (44) consists of the multiplate clutch K3, rear hollow shaft, rear planet carrier, output shaft and rear ring gear. | |||
5 | Remove drive unit (33). | ||
The drive unit (33) consists of the drive shaft, multiplate clutch K2, front planet carrier, inner plate carrier, multiplate clutch K1 and multidisk brakeB3. | |||
6 | Remove multidisk brake B1 (16) and oil pump. | ||
7 | Remove auxiliary oil pump of automatic transmission. | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order. |
