Disassemble spur gear (2) from differential housing (4)

If necessary, heat up spur gear (2) to approx. 100° C.

Coat the thread of the bolts (1) with thread locking compound.

Drive roll pin (3) to the shaft (9) using a suitable drift

Assembly: Drive the roll pin (3) into the differential housing (4) until the roll pin (3) is flush with the differential housing (arrow).

Remove shaft (9) from differential housing (4)

Drive roll pin (3) to the shaft (9) using a suitable drift

Twist differential pinions (7) relative to the cutout in the differential housing (4) and remove with the spherical washers (8)

Remove differential side gears (6) with thrust plates (5)

Remove tapered roller bearing inner rings (10)
