Removing

1

Unscrew propeller shaft from transmission at output flange

 Secure propeller shaft to prevent it from falling.

Propeller shaft intermediate bearing from frame floor assembly

Remove output flange (7)

 Pin wrench

 Puller

Checking

Check radial shaft sealing ring (1)

Check for damage and leaks, if necessary

Replace radial shaft seal.

Install

Install output flange (7)

 Replace stretch bolt (5).
