4.1	Remove the constant gear 1 (8.1) and the needle bearing (9)	Gearbox 715.504/520/527
4.2	Remove the constant gear 1 (8.2), the synchronizing ring (8.3) and the needle bearing (9)	Gearbox 715.517
5.1	Remove the ring spring (6)and the synchronizing cone (7) from the constant gear 1 (8.1)	Gearbox 715.504/520/527
5.2	Remove the ring spring (6) and the synchronizing cone (7) from the synchronizing ring (8.3)	Gearbox 715.517
6	Remove the ring gear (5) and the retaining washer (4).
7	Remove the ring gear (3) and the oil piping (2).	 Only if necessary. If the oil piping is removed, it must be replaced.
	Assemble
8	Install a new oil pipe (2) in the main shift (1) and install the locking ring (3)	Only when the oil piping (2) is removed
9	Install the retaining washer (4) and the ring gear (5)	 The rubber lip of the retaining gear must be faced outside.
10	Check the wearing between the synchronizing cone (7) and the coupling sliding sleeve		AR26.50-B-0420-12TA

11.1	Install the ring spring (6) in the synchronizing cone (7) and install the synchronizing ring of the constant gear 1 (8.1)	 Lubricate the ring gear and the synchronizing cones. Gearbox 715.504/520/527
11.2	Install the ring spring (6) in the synchronizing cone (7) and install the synchronizing ring (8.3)	 Lubricate the ring gear and the synchronizing cones. Gearbox 715.517
12.1	Install the needles bearing (9) in the main shaft (1) and install the constant gear 1 (8.1)	 Lubricate the needle roller bearing. Gearbox 715.504/520/527
12.2	Install the needles bearing (9) in the main shaft (1) and install the synchronizing ring (8.3) with the constant gear 1 (8.2)	 Lubricate the needle roller bearing. Gearbox 715.517
13	Install the taper roller bearing (10)	 Heat the taper roller bearing internal track at approximately 100 °C. Confirm the total seating of the taper roller bearing, it can not have any axial play.
14	Install the locking ring (11)	 Install the locking ring so that it does not have any play in the fitting; if necessary, use a lock ring with a larger thickness.	*BE26.50-B-1001-01C
