Removal if transmission installed:
1 Use a suitable tool to press radial shaft seal out of clutch housing or transmission housing, respectively.
Inspect seat of sealing ring for damage.

Installation if transmission installed: (clutch housing)
1 Use drift (168 589 01 15 00) and
sleeve (168 589 02 14 00) to knock radial shaft seals into the clutch housing until they abut.
Use a plastic-headed hammer for knocking in.
Moisten sealing lip of radial shaft seals with transmission oil.
