1 | Tilt up the cabin | Tilt cab to repair position, tilt back | |
2 | Remove propeller shaft from transmission | Remove/install propeller shaft | |
3 | Remove the transmission top cover (1) from the transmission | ||
4 | Disconnect electrical connectors (2) from clutch booster | ||
5 | Remove the pneumatic pipe (3) from clutch booster | Using 27 and 32 mm open-end spanner. | |
6 | Remove the clutch booster pneumatic pipe mounting clamp (4) from transmission | ||
7 | Remove the transmission wiring clamp (5) from transmission | ||
8 | Place adjustable support tripod stand (6) at rear transmission housing | ||
9 | Remove transmission supporting arm rubber (77) both LHS and RHS | Using 27 mm hexagonal socket and ratchet. | |
10 | Remove the clutch booster (8) from transmission | Lift transmission (1) up to 20 mm to provide the space between the swiveling lever and clutch booster | |

11 | Install the clutch booster (8) to transmission | Clutch booster to transmission | |
12 | Install the pneumatic pipe clamp (4) to transmission | ||
13 | Install the pneumatic pipe (3) to clutch booster | Using 32 mm open-end spanner. | |

14 | Install the transmission wiring clamp (5) to transmission | ||
15 | Connect electrical connectors (2) to clutch booster | ||
16 | Tighten the transmission rear rubber mounting bolts (7) | Using 27 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench. | |

17 | Remove adjustable support tripod stand to the transmission | ||
18 | Install the transmission top cover (1) to the transmission |
