2 | Drain off coolant. | ||
3 | Detach electrical connector (7). | ||
4 | Remove the bleed line (8) from the air intake line upstream of the exhaust gas turbocharger (9) and place to one side. | ||
5 | Seal the bleed line (8) with a protective cover. | Set of protective caps | |
6 | Seal the air intake line upstream of the exhaust gas turbocharger (9) with a suitable stop plug. | Record plug | |
7 | Remove bolt (3) . | ||
8 | Remove screws (2). | ||
9 | Remove the oil feed line (4) from the high-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (5) and low-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (6) and place to one side. | ||
10 | Seal the opening in the high-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (5) and low-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (6) with suitable stop plugs. | Record plug | |
11 | Remove the O-rings from the oil feed line (4). | Assembly tool | |

29 | Remove the stop plug from the opening of the boost pressure regulator (14) and low-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (6). | ||
30 | Remove the stop plug from the coolant feed line. | ||
31 | Position the coolant feed line for the low-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (1) at the installation location. | ||
32 | Remove the stop plug from the coolant feed line for the high-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (11). | ||
33 | Attach the new O-ring to the coolant feed line for the high-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (11). | Assembly tool | |
34 | Position the coolant feed line for the high-pressure exhaust gas turbocharger (11) on the coolant feed line. | ||

48 | Fill in coolant. | ||
