Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Drain coolant

Installation: Inspect the cooling system around the coolant thermostat (3) for leaks.

Detach coolant hose (1) at housing (2)

Detach housing (2) at crankcase

Pay attention to the clip at the housing (2).

Remove coolant thermostat (3) with sealing ring (4) from the crankcase

Installation: Clean the sealing surfaces at the housing (2) and crankcase.

Install in the reverse order
