Remove/install

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes from scalding with hot coolant which splashes out. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Lower engine together with front axle carrier

Unscrew bolts (5) at belt pulley (4)

Remove poly V-belt

Unscrew bolts (5) and take off belt pulley (4) at coolant pump (1)

Unscrew bolts (3) and take off coolant pump (1)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, replace molded rubber gasket (2).

Coat molded rubber gasket (2) with coolant.

Install in the reverse order
