 	Removing/installing
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. 1	Drain coolant fully and collect
	Replace coolant

2	Remove radiator
		Model 684	AR20.20-I-3865A
3	Remove fan		AR20.40-I-5614A
4	Remove V-belt on power steering pump (1)
		Model 684	AR13.21-I-0100KA
5	Remove V-belt on coolant pump/generator (2)
		Model 684	AR13.21-I-0100K
6	Remove coolant thermostat housing (9)		AR20.10-I-2710A
7	Remove intermediate piece (11)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace seals (10).
8	Unscrew bolts (3) and remove belt pulley on coolant pump (4)		*BA13.21-N-1001-01B
9	Slacken hose clamp and detach coolant hose (5) at coolant pump (6)
10	Unscrew bolts (7) and remove coolant pump (6)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Replace seal (8).

11	Install in reverse order
