Remove/install holder for low-temperature circuit valve

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Remove the throttle valve actuator.

Remove low-temperature circuit valve.

AR20.00-S-1048PD

 Only remove low-temperature circuit valve from holder (4). Do not remove coolant hoses.

Remove hose (2) from holder (4).

 To do this, remove hose (2) from retaining clip.

 Installation: Check whether retaining clip can be reused.

If retaining clip cannot be reused:



Replace retaining clip.

Remove bracket (4).

 To do so, remove screws (1, 3).

Install in the reverse order.
