Remove/install

1

Remove refrigerant compressor and swivel out of working area.

with code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control)
Engine 651 in model 907
with code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)

 Do not drain the refrigerant, do not disconnect refrigerant lines.

Remove electrical wiring harness (3) from bracket (2).

Disconnect electrical connector (1).

Remove oil spray nozzle valve (Y127/1).

 To do this, unscrew oil spray nozzle valve (Y127/1). Collect escaping oil with suitable rag.

 Seal opening on crankcase and oil spray nozzle valve (Y127/1) with suitable stop plug.

 Installation: Check sealing ring (4).

If sealing ring (4) is damaged,



Replace compression ring (4).

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check engine oil level.


Engine oil level must not lie above maximum marking.
Engine damage can occur otherwise.

If engine oil level is not correct,



Correct engine oil level.


