Release and disconnect electrical connector (6)

Unclip the fuse holder from the AdBlue® control unit (N118/5) bracket (8)

Remove the bracket (8) together with the AdBlue® control unit (N118/5) and put it to one side

 Nut, bracket for fuse box/connector housing/SCR control unit to side strut

Remove strut (11)

 Nut, center strut to side strut

Remove struts (10)

 Screw/bolt, rear center section locking lug to rear end/body

 Screw/bolt, side strut (trunk recess) to rear end/body

Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (4a)

Disconnect AdBlue® line (4) from AdBlue® line (5)


Seal opened hoses and connections.
Damage and malfunctions can occur otherwise.

Remove the vent line (3) from the body

Remove the AdBlue® container (1)

Remove AdBlue® (A103/2) delivery module

When replacing the AdBlue container (1).

Expose the electrical wiring harness (9) at the AdBlue® tank module (A103/1)

When replacing the AdBlue container (1).

Install in the reverse order
