Removing/installing

Open engine hood

Remove air filter housing

Detach pneumatic line (1) and air hose (2) from aspirator shutoff valve (4)

Check pneumatic line (1) and air hose (2) for damage; replace if required.

Remove bolts (3)

Bolt for left aspirator shutoff valve on intermediate flange

Remove air shutoff valve (4)

Installation: Replace gasket

Install in reverse order
