Remove charge air hoses (7) from charge air cooler (1)

 Installation: The catch springs on the charge air hoses (7) should lock audibly. Check whether catch springs are locked correctly by carefully pulling on charge air hoses (7).

Remove screen from beneath the radiator grille

Remove radiator trim

Remove additional fan unit

Unscrew screw/bolt (3)

Remove bolt (6)

Disengage catch hooks (5.1) from front module (4) and press cooler (5) with capacitor (2) in direction of engine

Push cooler (5) with condenser (2) carefully in the direction of the engine.
Damage could occur on the cooler (5) and on hoses and lines otherwise.

Press catch hooks (5.2) and move capacitor (2) out of cooler mount (5)

Lift capacitor (2) and unscrew bolt (3)
