	Remove and install
Danger!	Safety measures to perform maintenance services in a gas engine.		AS00.00-B-0015-01A
Danger!	Turn off the main switch or disconnect the negative battery cable.
1	Remove the throttle valve set (5).		AR07.05-B-7004B
2	Remove the exhaust manifold (4).	 It is necessary to make possible the removal of the bolts that fasten the charge air manifold.	AR14.10-B-3915G
3	Disconnect the electric wires (6) and (7).
4	Remove the hollow bolt (8) and disconnect the tubes (9) from the manifold (1).	Install: Replace the sealing rings.

5	Remove the bolts (10) and (11) that fasten the supports (12) and (13) to the manifold (1).	Install: Position and fasten correctly the support (12) with the turbocharger coolant tubes and the supports (13) with the electric wires.
6	Unscrew the bolts (3), remove the manifold (1) and the joint (2).	Install: Clean the sealing surfaces and replace the joints (2). Observe that the joints are assembled with the “TOP” up and facing the cylinder head's face.

7	Install in reverse order.
