Always tilt the cab to its final position and secure it with the safety device. | |

1.2 | Tilting the engine hood. | Trucks with conventional cab. | |
2 | Remove the wire rope (5) | Install: Screwed the nut until wire rope (5) gets distended, however, tension free. | |
3 | Remove the hose (4) | Install: Do not invert the hoses.The black hose (4) must be set up on the connection between air after cooling and air distribution manifold (3) and red hose between air after cooling and turbocharger. | |

4 | Remove the support (9) from air distribution collector (3) | Do not remove the pipe (10). | |
5 | Remove the support (7) | ||
6 | Remove the screws (6/8) | ||
7 | Release the clamp (1), disconnect and remove the collector (3) | To avoid impurities entry, protect the supercharging air collector nozzle and air after cooling. Install: Replace the O-ring (2). | |
8 | Install in reverse order |
