Remove and install

Remove the flange with engine brake mechanism (4).

Remove the charge air tube (2).

Remove the intake hose (3) from the turbocharger (1).

Unfasten the bolts (13), the clamp (14) and remove the oil return tube (11).

Install: Replace the joint (12).

Unfasten the hollow bolt (6), the bolt (8) and remove the support (9) and the oil pressure tube (5).

Install: Replace the sealing rings (7) and the joint (10).

Pressure tube to the turbocharger.

Hollow bolt to the engine crankcase.

Remove the self-locking nuts (15).

Install: Replace the nuts (15). Oil, with high temperatures resistant grease, the studs and nuts threads.

Remove the turbocharger (1).

Install: The coupling faces of the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger, must be clean and free of damages.

Install in reverse order.
