	Removing and installing
1	Remove the outlet manifold with the engine-brake linkage.		AR14.15-B-6302B
2	Remove the turbocharger air tube (1) .	 On engines BM 475.979; 982; BM 476.974; 979 ;980 ;982; 983.	AR09.41-B-1311A
		 On engines BM 475.951; 952; 953; 954; BM 476.916-406; 476.950.	AR09.41-B-1311B
3	Remove the turbocharger air intake tube (12) .	Truck	AR09.10-B-8250E
		Buses	AR09.10-B-8250I
4	Slacken the clamp (6) and detach the air filter hose.	 For engines without the air intake tube.
		 On bus engines, slacken also the red clamp connecting the turbocharger (at bottom part) to the after-cooler.

5	Loosen the bolts (16) and the fastening clamp (17), and remove the oil return pipe (14).	Install new elastic washers (15) and a new gasket (13).

6	Loosen the bolts (8) and the connection (21) and remove the lubrication pipe (11).	Install new sealing rings (20), new elastic washers (9) and a new gasket (10).

7	Remove the self-locking nuts (7).	Install new self-locking nuts (7).
		Apply a high temperature grease film on the thread of the studs and new nuts (7).	*BR00.45-B-1005-06A

8	Remove the turbocharger (12).
9	Install in reverse order.	 When installing check all hoses, if necessary replace them.
