Remove

1 Unscrew and remove the four bolts (1) that fasten the thermal protection (2) to the turbo-compressor (4)
Observe that it is necessary to remove only the four bolts to be able to fully detach the thermal protection. The other flange bolts (3) must remain in their places in order to prevent their loosening.

2 Remove the bolts (6) from the supports (8)

3 Remove the bolts (7) from the support (9)

4 Remove the split thermal protection (5)

5 Remove the bolts and nuts (11, 12) and detach the support (9)fastened to the exhaust manifold

6 Remove the nuts (10) and unfasten the supports (8) from the turbo-compressor's side (4)

Install

7 Installation to be done in reverse order
The self-locking studs and nuts must be replaced.
