Removing, installing

Detach air intake pipe (4) at mixing chamber (1)

Detach vacuum pipe (7) at EGR valve (5)

Only if engine fitted with EGR

Slacken clips (10) and remove corrugated pipe (9)

Only if engine fitted with EGR

Detach EGR valve (5) at mixing chamber (1)

Only if engine fitted with EGR

Installation: replace gasket (6)

Remove mixing chamber (5)

Installation: replace gasket (2); pay attention to locating points of seal (arrows)

Install in the reverse order
