Remove resonance tank

Remove charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler

Disconnect electrical connector (1) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove bolts (2)

Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Installation: Install new gasket

Install in the reverse order

Read fault memory, erase if necessary

When throttle valve actuator valve is replaced (M16/6).

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
