Open engine hood and raise to vertical position

Remove air filter housing

Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Remove air duct housing (1)

Release and disconnect the electrical connector at the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Detach hose (2) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove bolt (3)

Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove gasket (4)

Installation: Replace seal (4). Attach seal (4) to resonance intake manifold (arrow).

Install in the reverse order

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out fault memory and erase if necessary
