 	Removing/installing
 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. 1	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150FF
2	Unplug plug (1) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
3	Pinch off coolant hoses (2) and detach from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)		*WH58.30-Z-1014-02A
4	Unscrew screws (3) and remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) with bracket	 Installation: Replace sealing ring at throttle valve actuator (M16/6).

5	Install in reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. 6	Conduct engine test run and check cooling system in the area of the throttle valve actuator (M16/6) for leaks
7	Check coolant level, adjust to correct level if necessary.
	Engine cooling system - check fluid level, adjust to correct level. Inspect anticorrosion/antifreeze protection, adjust to correct concentration		AP20.00-P-2010FF
8	Read fault memory, erase if necessary
	Connect up STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04FF
