Removing, installing

Remove the mix chamber

Disconnect the engine vent pipe (6) in the vent tube and turn to one side

Disconnect the leak fuel pipe (1) and the sealing plug (2) in the injector of the 4th cylinder



Unhook the support (7)

Remove the injection pipes (5) from the injectors and in the injection pump and turn to one side

 Do not deform the injection pipes!

Remove the injectors (3)



 Test the injectors before installing them again, if necessary

or replace

Withdraw the nozzle disc (4)

 Replace the nozzle disc (4), pay attention to the installation position (dishing downwards)

Installation in reverse order

Check leaktightness
