 	Removing, installing
1	Remove cylinder head (14)		AR01.30-S-5800D
2	Place insertion plate (12) into the assembly board (13)	 Pay attention to direction arrows on insertion plate (12) on on assembly board (13)

3	Mount cylinder head (14) on the assembly board (13)	 Install cylinder head (14) with the front side pointing in direction of arrow
4	Attach valve assembly tool (11) to the cylinder head	 Use parts (3, 5, 7, 12, 19) from valve assembly tools case	*111589256100
		 Screw retaining fork (part 12) into thread at edge of cylinder head and position thrust piece (part 7) perpendicularly at top valve spring retainer (14)
5	Use assembly tool (11) to compress the valve springs (3)
6	Remove valve collets (1)	 Removal: use a magnetic pin (10) to take out the valve collets (1)
		 Installation: ensure the valve collets (1) are properly located

7	Remove top valve spring retainer (2) and valve spring (3)	 Inspect top valve spring retainer (2) for pitting, replace if necessary
8	Pull off valve stem seals (4)	 Installation: fit protective sleeve (7) onto the valve stem. Oil valve stem seals (4) and press on with drift (9). Remove protective sleeve (7) from the valve stem.

9	Take off bottom valve spring retainer (5)	 Inspect bottom valve spring retainer (5) for pitting, replace if necessary
10	Detach cylinder head (14) from assembly board (13) and remove valves (6)	 Inspect surface of valve stems for roughness and formation of burrs (visual inspection). Replace valves with a rough stem surface or with burrs.
11	Install in the reverse order
