 	Remove/Install
1	Open engine compartment flap
2	Remove rear bumper
3	Remove end crossmember
4	Remove V-belt	 Remove V-belt only to crankshaft.	AR13.21-A-0100A
5	Remove poly V-belt		AR13.22-A-1202A
6	Take off V-belt pulley (2)	 To this end undo the bolts (1).
		 Installation: Installation position must be observed. The shoulder with the mounting holes must be pointing to the rear.

7	Detach intermediate piece (3)	 Installation: Installation position must be observed. The shoulder (arrow) must point towards the vibration damper (5).
8	Attach cranking device to engine	 Block the cranking/blocking device by inserting the pin. The cranking device must be removed before starting the engine.	AR03.30-A-1600-03A

9	Take off vibration damper (5)	 To this end undo the bolts (4). Inspect the vibration damper (5) for wear and damage and replace as required against a separate order.

10	Remove cover plate (6)	 Installation: Installation position must be observed. The bent edge must point toward the crankshaft.
11	Install in the reverse order
