Remove

1

Remove the crankshaft (1).

Remove the distribution gear (4).

 Remove the gear with the aid of a plastic hammer.

 Remove the guide pin from the gear.

Check the marks of the counterweights (2), which are numbered from the front of the engine.

 If the counterweights (2) are not marked, they should be numbered from the front of the engine before being removed.

Loosen the screws (3) and remove the counterweights (2).



Check

Check the crankshaft (1) for cracks or fissures.

 If these are found, the crankshaft (1) cannot be recovered.

Check the lateral offset in the adjustment neck.

Check the lateral deviation in the wheel housing.

Check the lateral offset in the vibration suppressor.

 Measurements with the crankshaft leaned against the first and last necks.



The diameter of the primary necks

Roundness and maximum taper on the primary and connecting rod necks.

Provide the grinding of the crankshaft (1).



Install

After grinding, wash the crankshaft (1) using diesel fuel or kerosene and clean the lubrication holes with a cylindrical brush.

Measure the length of the screws (3).

Install the counterweights (2) in the crankshaft (1).

 Install in the correct order and position of disassembly..

Install the screws (3) and tighten to the specified torque.

 Slightly lubricate the thread and the seating face of the screws (3).


