Steel ball, round bar

Use a round bar to knock the steel ball out of the crankcase from the front. Clean oil galleries.

Plug

Coat plug with adhesive compound and screw in. Tap thread (M161.5, length of thread 14 mm) in end of main oil gallery for this step. Clean oil gallery with compressed air.
