Remove/install timing case cover

 	Remove/install
1	Drain/collect engine oil
	Engine oil and oil filter change		AP18.00-S-0101CVA
2	Remove engine with transmission		AR01.10-S-2401CB
3	Remove cylinder head cover		AR01.20-S-5014CB
4	Remove belt pulley		AR03.30-S-1600CB
5	Remove poly-V-belt guide pulley (2)		AR13.21-S-3350CB
6	Remove belt pulley for coolant pump		AR20.10-S-1271CB
		 Only perform the operation steps required to remove the belt pulley.
7	Detach electrical connectors (3)
8	Remove solenoids for camshafts	Only when timing case cover (1) is replaced.
			AR05.20-S-7295CB
9	Remove cable duct (4)	 To do this, remove the screw/bolts (5).
10	Remove timing case cover (1)		AR01.40-S-8000-01CB
		 To do this remove screw/bolts in reverse order as per the bolt plan.
		 Installation: Replace seal, apply sealant.
		 Bolt, timing case cover to cylinder head	*BA01.40-N-1007-01W
		 Bolt, timing case cover to crankcase	*BA01.40-N-1003-01W
		Sealant, Loctite 5970, 50 ml	*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A
11	Modify holding lug	Only when timing case cover (1) is replaced.
		 Bolt, eyelet to timing case	*BA01.40-N-1006-01W
	Clean
12	Clean sealing surfaces on timing case cover (1) and cylinder crankcase		AR01.00-P-0050-01A
		Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A
		Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
13	Install in the reverse order
