Remove/install

Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Drain the cooling system

Remove the injector holder (1)

Loosen and remove the protective sleeve (2) with the claw wrench (4)

Clean the sealing surfaces of the protective sleeve (2) and of the housing in the cylinder head.

Remove the O-ring (3) from the cylinder head

Replace the O-ring (3) and lubricate it with engine oil.

Install in reverse order
