No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Remove/install

Disconnect the ground line for the on-board electrical system battery(G1).

Remove fuel injectors for cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1 to Y76/4).

Remove impact plate in front of poly-V-belt.

Turn engine on the belt pulley of the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation until the piston of the cylinder to be checked stands at bottom dead center(BDC).

Connect endoscope(1), insert flexible test probe(2) in the cylinder to be checked and illuminate cylinder.



Check cylinder barrel.
