	Preparatory tasks
1	Remove spark plugs.

2	Connect the flexible endoscope to the light projector (1).

	Check
3	Turn engine at center bolt of the crankshaft in the direction of engine rotation until the piston of the cylinder to be checked is at bottom dead center (BDC).	 Aid of helper required.
		 Socket wrench bit	*001589650900
4	Guide the flexible endoscope through the spark plug bore into the cylinder to be checked.
5	Check cylinder barrels.

		 If there is 'scoring' (wear to the cylinder), the cylinder barrel has become rough and honing marks are no longer visible.
6	Perform check of additional cylinders in same manner.
	Concluding tasks
7	Guide the flexible endoscope out of the spark plug bore of the cylinder.
8	Install spark plugs.
