6 Belt pulley with vibration damper

3 Charge air pipe

4 Hose clamp

Remove/install

Turn transmitter key in EIS [EZS]] control unit to position "0" and remove

To prevent unintentional starting of the engine.

Unclip air intake pipe (2) from air filter housing (1) and place to one side

Loosen hose clamp (4) on charge air pipe (3)

Lift/jack up vehicle

Remove bolts (5) and pull off charge air pipe (3) from compressor and attach to undercarriage

Close off the openings with a rag.

Crank engine at the belt pulley with vibration damper (6) in direction of engine rotation

Install in the reverse order
