Check

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

1

Unscrew cap (2).

Notes on coolant

2

Check coolant level

Check coolant level and adjust to correct level only if coolant temperature is below 50 °C.
The cooling system is filled correctly if the coolant is at the fold (arrow) of the expansion reservoir (1).

Before adjusting coolant to correct level, inspect anticorrosion/antifreeze protection.

3

Inspect anticorrosion/antifreeze protection

If coolant level is low, open coolant drain plug (3) and drain coolant.

*BA20.20-N-1001-01K

Insufficient anticorrosion/antifreeze protection:

Correct corrosion/antifreeze protection
- subject to separate repair order.

4

Correct coolant level if necessary.

Fill coolant up to groove (arrow) of the expansion reservoir (1).

Use only coolant of the specified composition.
