Danger! | Hazard from high voltage during electric welding. Risk of explosion from welding in the area of easily ignited substances. Risk of injury from weld spatter and UV light during welding. Risk of poisoning from inhaling weld vapors. | Use insulating bases. Wear protective clothing, eye protection and protective mask. Keep easily ignited substances away from the hazardous area. Use extraction system.
| If Tempomat function is switched off, fault code 035 is not activated and the fault lamp does not come on. | ||
Vehicle-engine control (FMR) diagnosis basic knowledge
a | System voltage 22.5 – 29.5 V Electrolyte density > 1.16 kg/dm3
b | Indicator lamp for ancillaries must be off.
c | Compressed air at least 5.5 bar
d | Connect hand-held tester (HHT)
e | Perform operational check using actual values 18 and 19 | If Tempomat lever or Temposet pushbutton are not operated (off position), no function must be highlighted in black.
