 Hiermit möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass ab sofort ein 2KomponentenEpoxidKarosserieBasisspachtel mit der Teilenummer A 012 989 29 71 zur Verfügung steht und über das GLC bestellbar ist. Im Folgenden erhalten Sie eine Vorabinformation zu den Anwendungsgebieten und Eigenschaften.

Anwendungsgebiete

 Instandsetzung von Flächen und verzinnten Übergängen

 Bei Teilersatz zur Beseitigung von Unebenheiten

 Bei Teilersatz mit Verzinnung im Schweißnahtbereich

 Bei Teilersatz ohne Verzinnung im Schweißnahtbereich (nur in Verbindung mit Klebeset A 012 989 17 71)

Eigenschaften

 Leichte Applikation durch Statikmischer

 Primerlose Anwendung

 Leichte Verarbeitbarkeit und Schleifbarkeit

 Hochdruckfest, schwundfrei

 Thixotrop eingestellt (d. h., die Fließfähigkeit verändert sich, in Abhängigkeit der von außen einwirkenden Kräfte)

 Frei von Lösemitteln, PVC und Isocyanaten

 Bis zu einer maximalen Schichtdicke von 2 mm anwendbar

 Topfzeit (Verarbeitbarkeitsdauer) von 60 bis 90 min.

 Sowohl forcierte Aushärtung (1 h bei 60 bis 65 °C) als auch Lufttrocknung möglich (8 bis 24 h bei Raumtemperatur)
