	Remove
1	Remove the fastening bolts (2) and the pressure plates (3) from the flanges		*717589003100
2	Remove the flanges (4) and (5)		*035589013300
3	Remove the bolts (8) and (9) and the washers (10) from the front cover (11)
4	Remove the front cover (11)
5	Remove, from the cover recess, the distance ring (12) and the compensating washer (13 )
6	Remove the seals (6) and (7) from the cover	 Wash the cover and remove the sealing gasket residue from the seating surfaces.
	Installing
7	Install the seals (6) and (7) in the cover		AR28.50-B-1019-01A
8	Install in the cover (11) the distance ring (12) and in the bottom part the compensating washers (13)
9	Calculate the front cover compensation washer		AR28.50-B-1019-02A
10	Install the front cover (11) in the housing (1) with a new sealing gasket (15)
11	Install, the washers (10) and the new bolts in the cover (8) and (9) with the micro-encapsulated thread, tighten the according to the specified torque	 The fastening bolts may be reused provided their thread are cleaned and a sealing product is applied.	*BR00.45-B-1001-01A

12	Heat-up the coupling flanges (4) and (5) and install them on the shafts	 Observe that the flange with recess in the internal end is installed in the primary shaft.	*BE28.50-B-1003-01A
		 Do not heat-up with direct flame.
13	Install the bolts (2), with the pressure plates (3) and tighten them to the specified torque		*717589003100
