	Disassemble
1	Remove the counter shaft (1)	Gearbox 715.517/527	AR26.10-B-0005TC

2	Remove the taper roller bearings (2) and (3)	 Manual pump	*652589003321
		 Hydraulic hose	*652589003323
		 Hydraulic cylinder	*715589153400
		 Adapter	*715589123400
		 Adapter	*715589113400
		 Drag part	*000589583400
		 Drag part	*715589253400
3	Remove the lock (4)
4	Remove the intermediate gear of the 1st constant (5)	Use a hydraulic press.
5	Remove the double intermediate gear (6)	Use a hydraulic press.
	Assemble

6	Heat the intermediate gear of the 1st constant (5) at 180 °C and assemble it in the counter shaft	 Immediately after assembling the intermediate gear of the 1st constant (5) fit it again free from axial play with a hydraulic press.

7	Heat the double intermediate gear (6) at 180 °C and assemble it in the counter shaft	 Immediately after assembling the double intermediate gear (6) fit it again free from axial play with a hydraulic press.
8	Install the lock (4)

9	Heat the taper roller bearing (3) at 100 °C assemble it in the main shaft	Assemble the taper roller bearing (3) without axial play.

10	Heat the taper roller bearing (2) at 100 °C assemble it in the main shaft	Assemble the taper roller bearing (2) without axial play.
11	Install the counter shaft (1)	Gearbox 715.517/527	AR26.10-B-0010TC
		Gearbox 715.531/535	AR26.10-B-0010TKA
